I called Nick's on 4/5/22 at 8:45am because I was having issues with my AC running all night and not getting down to the desired temp. I got an appointment on the same day at 11:30am. Dan and Eric came to assess the issue as the home and the system are brand new (April 2021). The are even helping me with my warranty issue as I did not complete this when I purchased. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will be signing up with their preventative maintenance agreement. All around great company and I'm looking forward to working with them!

These guys have been consistently superb in their service. My unit received a thorough assessment and repair, and Dan could not have been more friendly and courteous. They did an incredible job installing our new AC unit! Our house is older and it was a tricky install, but they were dedicated to make sure everything was working properly, and Dan came and checked on the unit the following day. They also gave us a great price for our unit.
